Commercial Use Policy

This policy outlines the terms and conditions for selling physical prints of FlexyLion models. By holding a Verified Seller status, you agree to these terms.

1. Allowed Usage

• You MAY sell 3D printed physical copies of the models.
• You MAY take photos and videos of your prints for marketing purposes.
• You MAY scale the models uniformly to fit your printer.

2. Prohibited Usage

• You MAY NOT sell, share, distribute, or trade the digital STL/3MF files.
• You MAY NOT claim the design as your own work.
• You MAY NOT make major modifications to the design (remixing) without explicit permission.
• You MAY NOT use the models for mass production (molding/casting) without a separate enterprise license.

3. Attribution

While not strictly required on every product tag, we appreciate credit to "FlexyLion" where possible. However, you must not remove any embedded logos or signatures from the model itself if present.

4. Verification Status

Your "Verified Seller" status is tied to your active subscription. If your subscription ends, you must cease all sales of FlexyLion models immediately. We reserve the right to revoke verification if these terms are violated.
